About Us
Howland Mat Cats Wrestling Club is for youth in grades 1-6 interested in learning more about wrestling, while learning mental and physical toughness. We are a proud, established program that competes on many platforms (OYWA, OAC, OHWAY). Our coaches are invested in the program with many former alumni of the Howland Wrestling Program. The program demonstrates a passion to teach the fundamentals of wrestling. Hard work pays off!!!
