Viking Dual Tournament

Mat Cats compete at Viking Duals
Last week Howland Mat Cats competed in the Waterloo Viking Dual Meet Tournament. This tournament had some tough teams enter and we are proud of the Howland Squad taking a 3rd place team finish. Champions and undefeated were Jared Goldberg, Nadira Matlock and Xavier Arrington. We had nearly the entire team place and were very proud of the perfomance.
We started off against an aggressive Copley team and then the most competitive dual of the tournament against Rootstown. Finishing up the Dual with North Canton, Crestview and Wateroo. Howland posted a 3-2 record and the kids fought hard and got plenty of matches to prepare us for this season.
Lets keep up the hard work and prepare ourselves for the ultimate goal, advancement and placement at the end of the year. #TIGERSEAT #PINCHAIN
